I have purchased hearing aid on two occasions and am happy with the testing, purchasing and after sale experience. Craig Smith and his assistant Laurie are the greatest.

At my wife’s insistence I went to Sam’s Hearing Aid Center in San Angelo TX today for a FREE hearing test !! Rene Ramirez gave me the Best hearing test I have ever received and I have had several that were not nearly that good !! Rene was very professional but was very friendly and patient !! I didn’t feel rushed and wow I can hear and I haven’t been able to hear like that for years !! I know this is the first day but I can come back anytime I want to have them readjusted !! The price was about half as much as I paid for the last two sets of hearing aids that I could never hear with !! Thank you Sams Club I’m one Happy Customer I will certainly be recommending Sams hearing aids and Rene to all my Family and Friends

I've been going to appointments at Ear Level with my husband, Roger. I just became a client, too. Brad explains words relating to the ear; he has even drawn pictures further explaining what is happening in the ear as well as drawing pictures of anything else we ask him to describe. WHAT A GUY !!!!! We have referred him to our friends, and hopefully they will also become Brad's clients.

One of the most honest business. They told me that hearing aid will not help. Other places tried to sell $5,000 hearing aid. Melissa, the hearing specialist, was very professional and courteous. The entire staff is very friendly. They will not try to sell you something you dont need. Very refreshing.

This guy is top notched in his approach to helping those with hearing difficulties and very passionate about his work. He has always been attentive to the needs of my mother and very thoroughly anylized her particular issues. I definitely will recommend him to those who have hearing difficulties.

Hector was very kind and patient when it came to helping my dad get the right hearing aids. My dad was a little weary of getting hearing aids for a variety of reasons, but by the end of our first visit at Trinity Hearing, my dad was at ease and actually excited!
