Hearing Aid

I went in to buy some buds for my VA phonak hearing aids and a wonderful person named Jackie fixed my hearing aids and did not charge. The VA supplies mine but sometimes it's hard to get supplies. I really appreciate this store and wanted to show it. Pete Sawyer

I had seen 2 audiologists prior to my visit to Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Dallas. They both told me I had very little hearing loss. While visiting Dallas, I decided to get another screening. I was so impressed with the professionalism of this office and the expertise shown by Candace Coston. It was an amazing experience from the front office assistance to all of the extensive tests and personal consultation and recommendations from Miss Coston. With the thorough testing, she discovered my loss of clarity came with background noise. I now have two state of the art hearing aides and my life has forever changed. I now enjoy restaurants, group settings, and my own classroom so much more!

Amazing experience! I went in to get ear impressions and was in and out of the office in under 20 minutes. The staff was nice and efficient and the procedure was easy enough. I strongly suggest this audiologist for all your needs!

So Thankful for The Mackie Clinic....... the staff is outstanding, they are friendly and caring. Dr. Mackie is the best Doctor ever. He is Professional, Personal and Caring all at the same time, not to mention he’s a genius. Kimberly, the PA and JP, the hearing aid specialist both know their stuff!! A couple of years ago we purchased hearing aids from Beltone in Weslaco for our daughter who has moderate to severe hearing loss on both ears. I have to say that these hearing aids are the best investment we could have done. We are very pleased not just with the hearing aids, but with the staff at Beltone as well. John, the audiologist/hearing aid specialist is very professional, very kind, and always ready to help if we should have any problems with hearing aids. Staff is very polite and helpful and always ready to assist with anything we might need. I highly recommend Beltone and staff.

I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS!!!WORST PLACE EVER! STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND CARELESS! I WAS THERE WITH MY CHILD FOR 4 HRS AND WAS NOT SEEN BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEM HE WASN'T ON THE LIST WHEN THEY HAD CONFIRMED HIS APPOINTMENT A FRIDAY BEFORE!
