Hearing Aid

My fathers hearing aid stopped working on New Years Eve day late in the afternoon. Making several calls, all the places I tried were closed due to the holiday, then I called Modern Audiology. Modern Audiology was also closed, but thankfully my call was forwarded to Dr Sumrall's personal cell phone and he answered. Dr Sumrall offered to meet me at 5 pm to open his office and look at my dad's hearing aid. Dr Sumrall was able to get my dad's hearing aid working and didn't even charge for his services. I am extremely grateful as is my father. My father is deaf in one ear and without the hearing aid for the other ear he is almost totally deaf. Dr Sumrall at Modern Audiology provided us with Excellent Customer Service and we are greatly appreciative.

The service here is Fantastic! I was welcomed with a warm friendly greeting, and the appointment went great. The Audiologist was attentive, and understanding of my needs. She worked to make sure that I was comfortable and really listened to me! They got me into a great pair of hearing aids that fit my needs, and were not pushy to make the sale, like many other clinics I visited prior. I have referred all of my friends, and will continue to do so in the future!

Quantum Hearing has exceptional customer service with far reasonable prices than competitors. My appointments were always a pleasant experience. The audiologist(Dr Attaee) who fitted both my ears was friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. He never seemed rushed or in a hurry. He was through in all aspects of the examination and fitting of the hearing aids. My basis of comparison is two other famous Vancouver hearing centre and the last 6 years support after sale.

The practitioner is great, he took the time to do my hearing test and was very professional. The customer services is great, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for help with their hearing.

I received my first hearing aids from Reza Ataee about two months ago, and my experience dealing with him was excellent. He is very personable, efficient and professional. On a recent visit to make some adjustments, he was able to see me very quickly and provide the necessary service at no charge. I highly recommend Quantum Hearing Clinic.

Can't say enough about the care given to my Mom at Connect Hearing. Thank you especially to staff member Fimina who went above and beyond in making sure my Mom's lost hearing aid was replaced as quickly as possible. What a difference it has made in my Mom's life to be able to hear so well now! I highly recommend Connect Hearing in North Vancouver!

I do not write reviews on the internet, this is my first. I’m doing this because I want people walking in the door of NexGen to know the kindness of the staff, their understanding, and their sensitivity to distress. I was made to feel comfortable.

Very knowledgeable (and patient) audiologist. Patient, as I was so ambivalent about buying hearing aids at all. When I finally made up my mind, she helped me understand how to wear and care for my new hearing aids. I will certainly recommend this HearingLife centre.

It's been almost 3 years since I got my hearing aid from Hear Again Solutions. I am very impressed about the after sales services that I received. I always get a phone call reminding me about my upcoming appointment and I don't recall that I have to wait at the clinic. Doris, the Audiologist, is very friendly, patience, & professional. I felt that I was well taken care of since the first day I walked in their clinic. Keep up the good work!
