Hearing Aid

I’ve been associated with Kitsap Audiology and Dr. Becken for about 10 years. Her practice and wonderful staff has been nothing short of outstanding. All aspects of my care are taken care of from prompt appointments to supplies and keeping apprised of up to date technology in hearing aids. My latest Oticon OPN’s are fantastic. They have improved my recognition of words dramatically and now my wife doesn’t have to repeat herself every time we talk. I recommend Kitsap Audiology for any hearing issues. Well I was impressed with the attention to detail and the willingness to help me figure out the full use of my iphone to my hearing aids. Office personnel was great with reminder phone calls and pleasant atmosphere. I was glad my wife talked to Robin at the County Fair and the help she gave Kathy on approaching the VA for this benefit. Robin is a pleasant lady to deal with.

WOW, talk about service. I was winding down Friday night and when I removed my left hearing aid the little rubber end stayed in my ear!! I texted Bill, who was in Alaska (I didn't know). He called his wife Marilyn who called and said she would drive from her home, 20 minutes away, and meet me at the clinic! She helped me out and coached me so it wouldn't happen again. Contrast that to a visit to urgent care and $250. These guys really care and show it every day.

These scumbags started sending me hearing aid packages to my address 1 month after my Mom died. Attempted to discuss it with the phone center and they said they wouldn't do anything about it and hung up on me. Seriously.

Exceptional service and professional attitude... Though I am fortunate enough to not personally head hearing aids I was introduced to Stuart at Lloyd Hearing Solutions several years ago when I went with my Father in Law to pick up his devices. It was then that I saw the profesilnalism and patience that Stuart provides to all his clients. Soon after this visit I started a major renovation to our home and required hearing protection during construction. it was at this time I returned to Lloyd hearing to have a hearing test and custom molds made for earplugs. Stuart took the time to identify the right type of ear plugs for my needs and took the time to ensure the molds fit properly and that I was comfortable using them. Between my partner and myself we have since ordered 5 more sets of ear plugs for various different purposes including including for sleep and listening to live music. With each set Stuart took the time to ensure a proper fit and that we were comfortable using them. Including in one case working with the manufacturer to replace a loose fitting mold. I would highly recommend Stuart at Lloyd Hearing solutions for all your hearing care needs.
