I like it my hearing aid form the upland there and it was good and i got from sonus hearing aid there i got you clear there i got a new hearing aid from them and i do really like it ?it is good to hear it all around there !......

Great experience at Baseline Hearing Aid Center, Dr, Rick took a personal interest in with my hearing problems, I am a disabled veteran with not only bilateral hearing loss but extreme Tinnitus. Everyone is polite and professional but Carmen at reception makes you look forward to going back for cleaning or minor repairs because if they can do it while you wait, "from my experience they have if not real busy" I can't promise. . . But Carmen from her positive attitude, helpfulness and knowledge she will do what's needed to help you. That has been my experience every time I've taken my mother in laws in for repairs but they have actually just needed a better cleaning than I was doing. The last hearing aids we bought from another doctor had to be sent out for every thing and there was a charge for every thing every time from cleaning to adjustments which they check her hearing in back and increase the volume as needed, and if it's in need of cleaning Carmen handles it out front. Sorry to babble on but it does my heart good to give credit to people that work hard to do a good job. Gerlinde and I suggest that Danielle gets a promotion along with an commensurate salary adjustment. She rates outstanding in both customer service and professional competence. To enhance my understanding of my wife's speech, applied her analysis of speech spectra to develop a selectively adjusted program to compensate for my frequency compromised hearing acuity. Now Gerlinde does not have to always repeat repeat herself to engage me in a fluid discussion.Danielle's skills shine with the corrections she applied through my hearing aids. We vote her as an asset to your business.
