I was greeted when I arrived, and the DR was warm and friendly. The testing was done in an efficient manner and the explanations of the testing data were explained in simple, comprehensible terms. Very nice experience!!

Juan has been great, He even set up my iPhone to work with a app that helps me control the hearing aids. Best service and people in town!

Whilst I did not have my initial hearing test undertaken at the store (slight issue with my location being in Australia) I found Phillip to be most helpful and giving of his invaluable advice, recommendations and service. Happy to shout the benefits of this business far and wide.

My husband was seeking hearing aids through the VA Portland, but they had a massive back up in appointment dates. VA contracted via Tricare West to Willoughby Hearing here in McMinnville to do the test and fit him for hearing aids. The test was done at Oregon City location. Instructed that the results would be forwarded to McMinnville location to the get him fitted for new hearing aids. This was December of last year. He made several attempts to call and schedule the fitting and we never got a call back. He finally spoke to McMinnville location on 4/11/16 only to find out they claim they had no record of his referral or the test that was performed. He still has both documents (test and referral) in hand. Yesterday, he finally called VA Audiology and now has to go through the process over again because the original referral for Willoughby has expired! Next appointment time is in June at the actual VA facility! This process is close to a year since trying to obtain hearing aids and we are no closer due to this atrocious service from Willoughby! In making the appointment with VA the scheduler stated they have had several problems with veterans getting complete services from them. Yet, Willoughby takes the contract/referral does half the work and blows off the expensive part of actually getting the veteran the device to hear! This shotty service to our veterans is shameful! If Willoughby is going to contract with the government to take care of veterans in need of hearing aids through the Choice Program, then they need to complete the work! So as a taxpayer, the VA has wasted the money on a test through Willoughby and got no hearing aids! This creates an incredible undue stress on the veteran and it is unacceptable!

Awesome Customer Service and Awesome Audiologist (I think that's what they are called). I picked up my new Surf Plugs today. They fit like an absolute glove. I am glad I gave this company a chance. I am very happy with the result.

If there was ZERO stars as a choice, I would have rated them a ZERO! Terrible customer service in their office. As the other review mentions, no one takes charge or responsibility for messing up. They out-right lie to cover their incompetence! We purchased hearing aides through a third party and they refused to give me the product after numerous times of misrepresentation about the process. First they did not collect payment and delayed the order by 3 weeks; then they told my aunt she had to wait before making an appointment until the aides came in; then (once they came in) they said they did not have an audiologist so we needed to wait 5 weeks to get fitted. After all was said and done, 2 months gone and no hearing aides. To top it off, when I wanted to pick up my aunts hearing aides to go somewhere else to get fitted, they refused. They said they had to return them to the manufacturer and could not give them to me. I paid for them!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Do not use them! Horrible customer service and no accountability for their incompetence ! Their excuses keep changing daily as the process of ordering aides got longer and longer.
