Can't say enough good things about the Miracle Ear staff at the north Austin location. Chris Campos the representative that helped us with our hearing selection devices is just outstanding. Chris was so professional and most knowledgeable and kind. He took all the time we needed to make sure all our questions were answered and made us feel so comfortable. Don't waste your time going anywhere else but Miracle Ear. They really know the business for quality hearing. I would recommend everyone to see Chris Campos before going anywhere else. He really knows his business. Thank you so much Chris for helping a 90 year old hear again. He is back to his old self and feeling very happy again.

My husband got new hearing aides and this was the best experience with hearing aides we ever had. Megan and Katherine are the best, they are so sweet and kind and so knowledgeable about their jobs. The services that I received were top notch. Services were explained and questions answered. Although I did not purchase at Austin Hearing Services I would definitely go back.

Excellent staff very helpful

After being told by a big box store and Doctors snap-on shop I would have to wait 2-3 weeks to even be 'allowed' to purchase my new medical device this shop worked me in within 2 days. The staff was wonderful, after my purchase there were 4 visits to make these devices work the best possible way for my particular situation. They always are available, offer service after the sale and are simply a great team to handle my needs. Could not be happier!

From the moment you walk in, you know you will have a pleasant experience. The entire staff took extra care of my father's warranty work on his hearing aid. Further they did a much needed air canal cleaning as well. Great people and Oustanding Attitude. Pam (admin) and Stephanie (audiology) are especially kind.
