Came to Miracle-Ear thinking hearing aids were the same in any brand but even after going to Costco, no one else could top the quality hearing aids and service that you get from this place. The Arden-Arcade location is also very accommodating, Julie will work with my schedule and the specialists know what they're doing. Will definitely take advantage of the lifetime aftercare services!

I've been wearing hearing aids for 14 years and recently went to Folsom Hearing for new ones. In all the years I've needed service this is the best I've ever had. Bill Forrest is the most kind and caring person I've ever had to work with. He will not stop until satisfaction has been reached. Jake, his associate and Cristy, his office helper, are both top notch at what they do. I'm so appreciative for all of their care and expertise.

I was referred to the office by my ENT for a hearing test. I came into the office and the front office staff had smiles on their faces, were nice, and extremely knowledgeable. They took me to a room where I waited for the doctor. I got the hearing test done and it turns out that I have hearing loss in one of my ears. Dr. Baehr informed me of all of my options when I then proceeded to let her know I wanted to move forward with the fitting for the hearing aid. She was really gentle, made me feel comfortable, and at ease about what I felt at the time to be a life changing event. I am appreciative for being referred to Beverly Hills Hearing Center because they all made me feel at ease. Overall the staff is nice and knowledgeable, the office is clean, and Dr. Baehr made me comfortable during the entire process. Great place!

Worst experience at a service level we have ever had. Got hearing aids for husband --- didn't work. They offered to exchange the $5000 hearing aids to a different one if we paid an addition $3800. So, what do you do? Stick with the old ones or 'exchange' the new ones for an additional $3800. Hearing aids are a racquet. Most don't work very well and they prey on those that don't hear with the hope of better hearing. If I could give this experience a minus score I would. I understand they are a different company now.

The team at Pacific Coast Hearing Care made it very easy for me to get through the process of getting my hearing tested and discussing options for my long-time hearing loss. I don't know why I waited so long. Dr. Sweet is extremely professional and did a thorough job testing my hearing with high end technology and sat down and showed me where I had hearing loss and how that affected my life. She listened to my frustrations with situations where I simply couldn't join in with friends at restaurants, had trouble in meetings, and couldn't understand actors on TV and movies. She and I reviewed hearing aids and I ordered the pair that I felt fit my lifestyle the best. WHAT a difference! Wow, I had no idea that my neighborhood had so many birds in it! I can understand people now and participate in things I had put aside in my life. I love the iPhone app that allows me to control the level of hearing aid assistance and the presets for noisy restaurants and music and even tinnitus. So glad I came here - thanks to Dr. Sweet!

Kesia Pitt, Director of Hearing and Healthcare at the Porter Ranch My Hearing Center is professional and knowledgeable. She made the hearing test and the subsequent fitting for the hearing aids easy. She is delightful and I'd recommend her to anyone who thinks they may need help.

Just finished an appointment with Dr. Tracy Volkman. She is knowledgeable, warm and caring. My specific hearing issues were complex and I was really struggling to hear in meetings. She did some quick tweaking to the hearing device sound via her computer and viola I am now hearing everything. She is amazing and the gal at the front desk knows everyone by name. I highly recommend Whisper.
