Hearing Aid

The AccuQuest Hearing center, with the assistance of Sandy Danz, provided the utmost care and experience in providing my wife with the appropriate hearing aids. The service, including the follow up appointments to make sure hearing aids continued to work perfectly - was superb! I wish there were 10 stars to click for us to demonstrate how pleased we were! Consider coming here or to the AccuQuest Hearing Center at the Placerville location.

Good service but frequently closed unexpectedly. Have to find another site.

I was sent here by the VA to receive an hearing test. Had to pay to park which sucked because it was an appointment I had to attend. Once I was inside I waited for about 10 mins watching a tv that was playing a video about hearing and hearing aids that was on mute,🤔 great way to make someone think they are going deaf. I then taken to the back with the doctor were we began the hearing test. Here's when the problem started. During my "hearing pressure test" the receptionist kept coming back and forth asking questions to the doctor. Next it was time to get in the sound proof Both. Once I was about 2 minutes into my test inside the "sound proff both" I hear the doctor and receptionist talking back and forth like there isn't a hearing test going on. I couldn't hear the tones over their loud voices. After that test I was told to repeat different words I heard the doctor say, Just when you thought it couldn't get worse it did. In the middle of my test the doctor told me to hold on so she could go take a phone call because the receptionist was having trouble ...what in the actual F*#@ 😡😡😡 I've never been treated like this at a doctor's office..I cant believe this place has a contract with the government it needs to be taken away immediately. Worst experience ever!! Do not treat our vets this way this is not a game!!!!

Very nice office, their front office Ashley Richardson is simply wonderful! Great personality and Dr. Michelle is very knowledgeable and patient.

Peter Atalla is such a lovely guy and so knowkedgeable. He and Kelly are a great team and I would not go anywhere else. Hope you HEAR me on this !

I met with Dr. Tracy Volkman today and have been going to Gold Country Hearing for more than one-year now. Every single visit is amazing. I've been experiencing rapid hearing loss in my right ear, which is due to heredity. She did a hearing test today which reveals more loss. She graciously spent quality time checking and updating my hearing aids. And the test and spent time to discuss options. Appointments are not rushed, she is genuinely interested in helping people! This is a rare trait these days, I feel. I especially enjoy speaking with Ceil in the office, as well. It is always a very pleasurable experience & I would highly recommend them. Their quality of customer service is more than just five-stars. Thank you Gold Country Hearing!
