Hearing Aid

I am from New Jersey, I've went to audiologists from New Jersey to California and stopping in Utah a family member recommended Justin Littledike at Oquirrh Mountain Hearing. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of hearing and technology to improve it. He did more tests than the other place I've been to and my hearing has been the best in 5 years thanks to him. I would definitely recommend Justin to everyone with hearing problems. I purchased a pair of signia hearing aids and I am more than pleased with how much better my hearing is. I would also like to point out Justin is a family man and a great guy who has kept in contact with me just to see how I'm doing and if there's anything he can do for me. Being out of state I send my hearing aid to Utah if anything goes wrong (such as my dog eating my hearing aid) and I have absolutely no problem with this. Thank you very much for everything Justin, I appreciate you and everything you've done for me.

I am the mother of a (20) daughter who was referred to this place and because my daughter is deaf on one side of her head and I had to work, I sent my oldest daughter (28) with her to her appointment. Both of my children were disrespected by the people in this place. They actually recorded the way that they were spoke to and I was so ANGRY that I was going to call. I sis not have to call they called me within minutes. I began by asking questions as to what the deal was with this appointment and was also disrespected by the staff. I was told that I was going to get a call from the doctor that spoke to my daughter(s) and within a few minutes received a call from someone that said they were "Jen". Again I asked what the purpose was for my daughter to see them and I was told that I do not know what I am talking about and that the facilities we have had care with, do not exist and that my daughter could get an implanted hearing aid put in her skull on the deaf side to transmit sound so she heard in stereo. I told them that my daughter did not want that and was told that they needed proof of the fact that she was really deaf with an MRI or CT scan that we had done in April needless to say I will never refer anyone to this place! I was very unhappy to have been talked to like I was and by someone that only called themselves "Jen" not Dr anything. And to be told I do not know what I am talking about and yet I gave birth to this person and do know what is the problem with my child. She was born with Hemifacial Microsomia and that is being taken care of by real doctors. This person is followed by more people that you will ever think or know. This girl is on her 19th surgery and knows first hand how life is living with this her whole life. Please people with young children, do not use this place for your hearing issues find someone else. THEY ARE NOT GOOD!

Shane Larkin is a true professional and great at what he does. I would highly recommend him. He helped my wife with her hearing and she is forever grateful. Thanks Shane!

I can’t say enough to express how great the customer service is here. I was originally referred here for a VA consult. I needed to get a copy of my office visit and found out the VA uses their own system and I would have to go through the VA to retrieve my records. I then asked how much it would cost me to have another test done and they did it at no cost. How great is that? They provide snacks and drinks while you wait and have the most outgoing and personable staff I’ve experienced at a medical facility. The testing is much easier than the military testing, and much more comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone experiencing hearing loss to stop by and see what they can do for you.

The expert audiologists at Audiology Professionals are compassionately attentive and effectively knowledgeable in their craft. I wholly appreciate the care my husband has received as an Army veteran with a hearing disability. He spent 15 years in the Field Artillery and has suffered a significant hearing deficit. Dr. Lisa Christensen went above and beyond my expectations in helping to identify and to implement a hearing solution for him that has improved his quality of life tremendously. I am grateful for their genuine professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking help with their hearing.

Drove from Salt Lake to take my old disabled father here to get a hearing screening. Waited in the dusty dirty waiting room for over 30 minutes. When we finally saw the doctor he was very short with us and had little to no bedside manner, didn’t answer our questions and had no people skills whatsoever. Including asking if I was my father’s wife?! When it came to a small misunderstanding he shut down and rushed us out of his office instead of explaining his upset. My daughter is also deaf and we’ve seen several audiologist and have never been treated this way. I will never take my daughter there or recommend this place to anyone in the community. Save your time and money for someone who is more professional and actually cares.

The staff at my Hearing Centers are very friendly. The office is warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend a friend or family member to My Hearing Centers.
