Very nice ladies & so helpful.

They got me in very soon as an emergency. They were very professional and gave me helpful information about what they found.

Dr. Rifkind is so helpful. She went above and beyond to give me the time needed to set up my hearing aids, connect them to my cell phone and answer any questions I had. She is professional and caring.

For the fist time in years my hearing aids have been properly adjusted. Jeff really knows his stuff and I highly recommend him.

Nice modern office & friendly staff. However some of the chairs in the exam rooms do need replacing.

Both locations in Ashland and Medford are fantastic and so helpful! Dr. Tangle fitted me for custom ear protection for a MotoGP race I was headed to in Texas. They were so friendly and quickly got me the earpieces way ahead of the race and were EXACTLY what I needed. I have a hard time keeping cheap earplugs in my ears, as they often fall out. These custom ones did the trick! Now I wear them under my helmet when I ride. Well worth the investment.

Terry is my son's name, but I, Roberta Mills, am the customer; Randy, the technician was very competent, helpful and encouraging. By comparison to several other hearing aid providers, I found his testing procedures very comprehensive. I'm a very pleased customer.

Great people, great experts, great repair service but terrible hearing aids. My first year they were in the "shop" about 9 times. Then they finally changed hearing aid model. They worked fine for about 1 1/2 years. Now they have started to act up and need replacement of receiver like the old pair. Also most recently they have both been shutting down several times a day and come back when I reboot. Not acceptable product!

I never even went to this place. I was at the shop next door for an interview for my wife. As I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting the owner of Pacific Coast Hearing Center kept coming out and being rude to anybody that parks near Hurst or she couldn't say it nicely. As I'm sitting there she's talking on the phone and start calling everybody losers and burnouts I go next door and when I told her there's a lot of family people that work here she went off then she went into the store next door to start yelling at people in the waiting room. Shortly after the gentleman that works there decided to come out and start walking towards me so when I got out of my car he told me he was going to his car to get something. These people are very rude and I would highly recommend a different Hearing Center just so you don't have to deal with these kind of people
