I was just looking to see what options there were for HA's for my 92 yo father. Made an appt. and filled out some paperwork. I gave them everything they needed to make a recommendation. They also wanted paperwork with insurance info, medical record #, phone # and email address. I told them I'd happily give them that info if we decided to buy from them, but they said they wouldn't even see us without it. Since when do they need that info for a recommendation? Oh yes...to sell it.
Ended up going to Costco. Probably cheaper but with the same high quality HA's.
