Hearing Aid

My mom passed away 10 days ago and they ran her bank card for over $1,000 without warning or any kind of statement showing us the balance. Not even sure how they found out she passed away.

This hearing center is the best we have been to. My dad has been to several due to his severe heating loss. They got him in within a reasonable amount of time, and the doctor was extremely patient and thorough with him. Their products are great quality, and they have a trial period since they understand that it is hard to get the perfect hearing aid in the first shot sometimes. The facility is clean and staff are extremely nice and patient. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This was my first experience going for a hearing test. The staff wonderful,professional and friendly. Dr. Kelly was nice and put me at ease. I felt in very good hands. After the testing she was very patient explaining what the problem and how we needed to make my hearing the best possible. She explained what was covered with my insurance and what my out of pocket would be, her staff then got me registered so the process could begin. Thank you, to all involved in what I thought would be a bad experience instead it was just the opposite.

I've been going there since 2009 and they are like family because that's how they treat you. Huge difference in my life because of them.

Been taking my mom here and since our first appointment, Julie and Alan have been so good to us! Alan works really hard to help my mom get used to her new hearing aids, and she's had a much better quality of life now that she's had them! He was so patient with her every step of the way, and made sure we were well educated on the importance of hearing health. Knowing what we know now, we definitely try to help bring awareness to our family and friends- and always recommend this office! Julie is always making us feel at home, and is awesome at what she does! The other day she was decorating for Halloween and we can't wait to come back to see all the wonderful work she's put in!
