I am very pleased with Gold Country Hearing. I have been there twice now and both times I was treated with sincere courtesy and professionalism first by Bridgette and Carinna at the front desk and then by Erik who I believe is one of the owners of this practice. I was also very happy to be taken care of by Charlie, Doctor of Audiology (hopefully I got his title right). I have had the pleasure of Charlie's care in the past at another practice and was very pleased with his care . I am very happy that I found Gold Country Hearing as I had become dissatisfied with the other, unrelated practice I was using and I am not going to whisper about it :-)
Update:. Been there several times now and the great level of personal customer service continues . Thanks Charlie and Breanna for making me feel so welcome and for finding innovative solutions to my hearing issues . You guys are the best.
