Very personable and kind staff. My personal schedule was complicated and they were patient, pleasant and very helpful in getting this appointment at the best time for me. Dr. C. Berg explained the entire process, before and after testing and thoroughly explained options. He was also very pleasant and professional, I would definitely recommend them for all your hearing needs!

Not sure what to think...took my mother here for a hearing test. She has 2.5 year old hearing aids that the front office lady tested and said that the right side hearing aid was only working intermittently. Since the hearing aids came from Costco we went there the next day, to have them check the aid. After Costco tested it in some kind of machine they have, they told us that it was working perfectly. I could hardly believe this, but after the Costco audiologist finished turning up the volume in mom’s hearing aids with his computer program, she was hearing much better. I don’t know how two different hearing aid places could find such different results. I was very happy with the hearing test my mom got at HearUSA, but am not at all happy that there was such an effort to sell us different hearing aids and make us think the existing hearing aid was not working properly.

Visited to have my son’s hearing aides looked at and walked out with the rubber hoses replaced, new batteries and carry case at no cost. Super attentive. Caring. Big thanks to everyone working there !

Modesto Hearing Aid Center has wonderful service and staff. I have been receiving my hearing aid service from Larry and Terri Daffron for over 20 years. They have the updated hearing aids and services for all your needs. I would recommend this family friendly business to anyone needing hearing aid services.

I am so very happy with my visit! I had a previous bad experience getting in-ear headphone impressions for Audio 64 done with a separate business and I was quite impressed by Thomas there. He was very professional, kind and talkative. He wanted to make sure that he did it right so I wouldn't have to keep getting my impressions done. He even did two sets for the same price of one, just to be sure that he got them right. I am very happy that I found them and that they took care of me. Highly recommend them!

As a working musician, your hearing is essential. When I found out my hearing was far from what it used to be, I was devastated. I associated hearing aids with senior citizens and big, ugly pink lumps behind their ears. Boy, was I wrong! At Priority Hearing Aid Group they showed me a huge variety in hearing aids with the latest technology. Even rechargeable, with Bluetooth and almost invisible. The ones I went for go completely into my ears and were set up to suit my musical ears. In my opinion Priority Hearing is THE place to go to in the Ventura/Thousand Oaks area. Friendly staff and top notch expertise. And I can hear things again that I totally forgot about!

We have been doing business with Ryan for about 10 years. He has always bent over backwards to make sure that we got the right hearing aids for my husband and I.
