Hearing Aid

I'm am a colleague of this gentlemen. I've known him for years. It's refreshing to know that other people in the same industry have the same beliefs and morals as I do. He really cares about his patients and every time we meet it shows. I couldn't recommend a better person in your area, to trust with your hearing health care needs!!

Monica at front desk was kind and efficient. The doctor was polite and informative and kind. He explained everything in simple terms to my 91 yr old mother in law who I brought in to pick up a replacement hearing aid, for one that still may be somewhere.... $2,500 is a HEFTY price for ONE hearing aid...Not sure if she was offered a more affordable one, as I usually don't take her to her appts. One suggestion I do have, is for a handout paper explaining about batteries, opening battery case to turn OFF when out of the ear, closing battery case to turn ON while in the ear. Also on the handout about free cleaning offered, and replacement insurance for 4 months. I doubt she will remember most of what he said. I hope to GO BACK to Posey's and have the info RETOLD to ME, and I will personally make her a handout to refer to. As a 35 year career RN, I ALWAYS gave discharge instructions IN WRITING for later referencing. That way, family members who were NOT at the appt would know what to do, or understand. Perhaps I should have been taking notes? Professionalism was high. Office clean.

Saw Dr. Kelley Bannon. She is kind, gracious and highly capable. She explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions. The office setting was warm and inviting. The office team is great. While I’m not needing hearing aids, I’m thankful I found such an excellent practice to recommend to others!!

I am very happy with the level of service and professionalism I have received over the past 5 years whenever I go to see Lori for testing my hearing or help my two hearing aids. From the start she was most helpful and explained the process /treatment /equipment. They handle all the paperwork and insurance readily. I would highly recommend her and the services she has provided to me so I can once again hear normally and be part of normal conversations - it truly makes me feel like more of a complete person again.

I was very pleased with my experience at West Coast Hearing.... Dr. Wareham is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and caring. Dr.Heays Also did a great job doing much AUD! Clean office and friendly staff!

I received a courtesy ear examination here. What an informative learning experience for me. I've been to many places with no help for my hearing problem. Nicholas helped me with the knowledge I needed to finally know what was wrong. professionalism and most of all patience. Jeff was courteous on the phone as well as in person. Thank you both!

Never thought I would be able to recover my hearing loss but Raquel at Modesto Miracle Ear was tremendously good at explaining and getting me the best of equipment to help me hear again. I will always be a fan of her!

McDonald Hearing Aid Centers were sold in August of 2016!!! Bloom Hearing Center provide the most professional & caring hearing care I have ever been through. My son is a hearing aid user since he was 4 years old and Bloom is the best!!!

This is where o had to get my new hearing aids and they were great with checking my hearing , my ears and most of all the hearing aids helped too.
