Hearing Aid

Shopped around for hearing aids and this store had by far the best prices and great customer service.

After being advised by my wife of 47 yrs that I needed to research hearing aids, as I was always blasting the TV a full volume, I was referred to Debbie Bond at American Hearing in Lincoln Center by my Daughter. While initially in denial my time with Debbie proved that I defiantly needed Hearing Aids. Debbie walked me through the testing process and we selected two Starkey Hearing Aids. I now have clear hearing to the point that my Wife is now asking me to turn the volume up on the TV. The after purchase customer service from Debbie and her team is fantastic, with every three month cleanings, while being available at anytime to assist with questions of this first time Hearing Aid user.

They are very organized, thorough and nice. Dr jaesung is very professional and experienced . I wish i could've seen them sooner

Great products and great service. Ron tested my hearing loss and advised me from getting the wrong hearing aid, thus saving me money and alot of disappointment. He carries top quality product lines and has expert knowledge from years of service. I would rate him as a top professional and can recommend him highly.

There could not be a better place to go for audiology help. The office on the beautiful UOP college campus is refreshing. The professional assistance (I've been helped from the outset by Dr. Gail) could not be better. And with Lily running things, everything is shipshape.

Instead of belittling those who walk in, educate them instead. Not such a great work place either unless you don't mind getting yelled at in front of patients on the daily. There is no training and you're just thrown in and expected to know everything. One thing I would suggest to those who manage, be kinder in general.
