I have been a patient of Dr Ron Magnuson for 30 years. He watched me grow up. I knew Jessica when she first started out in the office as the receptionist. Under Ron's wings she then went to grow in the field and take over the business when Dr Magnuson retired. I absolutely love it there, it's like coming home. They KNOW me. And probably have files after files of my info! Lol

Great hearing specialists using up-to-date equipment

Best Hearing Center - mostly because of Claudia - Not only does she schedule everything and run the office, but she also trouble shoots the hearing aids.

I purchased my hearing aid in January 2018. I have worked with Jacob Flores at the Tracy office since then. I have had many visits to the office to get the hearing aid tuned to my hearing. I have nothing but praise for his professionalism, courtesy and patience. I would recommend the product and the services provided by this office.

The Tracy Costco Hearing Aid Center offers the best value in hearing aids I have found. The Center also provides free comprehensive hearing tests to acertain whether one requires hearing aids and, if so, what programming would be optimal. The staff is generally helpful and ready to provide information and assistance. Although, on some days, customers may sometimes get a somewhat curt reception. I'd encourage Costco members to check out the Center's offerings before purchasing anywhere else.
