The staff is very polite and professional. My mother had a bad experience with anther hearing place, thus she was afraid to go to this hearing facility. Kevin treated her with kindness and patience. Mom received her hearing aids and had them adjusted. A few months later one didn't work , it was replaced immediately. I would definitely suggest others go there too. Even got an AARP DISCOUNT.
