I was treated exceptionally well and the process explained about my hearing loss and helped to get WSIB forms filled out. Then we went over different companies that can supply a hearing aid for me. WSIB has put me in there hearing loss files and are paying exclusively for my hearing aids I am looking forward to getting them and being able to hear better

Called me to have my $7000.00 hearing aids checked and cleaned on Friday. I explained that I get out of work at 4:30 and it will be close to their closing 5:00. They said they would put as their last appointment of the day and would wait until 5:15 if necessary . I arrived a little after 5:00. Busted my but for 30 miles to find them closed. So much for customer service. Looking for a more customer friendly hearing aid center now. BUT THEY GOT MY $7000.00 SO WHAT DO THEY CARE . I CALLED THEM AND LEFT A MESSAGE AFTERWARDS AND HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD. ---- 5 STAR

I was referred to Michelle at Hearing Solutions about a week ago now. As a young professional, even coming to terms with the fact that I needed a hearing aid was difficult to accept. Michelle is THE BEST. The way she guided me through the process and showed me the best solutions to my hearing problem will remain in my memory forever. The past week, with a hearing aid, has been the best week of my life since I lost hearing in my right ear. I have gained a new appreciation for sound that I didn't have before. Thank you Michelle and Dmitry, you guys have made my life better in an immeasurable way.

Excellent Service

This clinic is one of the most friendly, welcoming, and accommodating places I have ever visited. I would like to take the time to share how the existence of this place is truly a blessing. My grandmother was insistent on not dealing with her hearing loss because of the steep cost of hearing aids. It got to a point where we would have to shout for her to hear us, and sometimes she still couldn't hear us. With the help of Chit Chat Hearing and the friendly staff there, we were able to work out a plan to get hearing aids for my grandmother; ones that were both of good quality and were affordable for my family. The staff here don't hesitate to help their patients. This place has made a world of a difference to my grandmother as well as our family. We are extremely pleased that she is now able to tune into our conversations again and she has been laughing and smiling along with us ever since. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my grandmother and many other folks who suffer from similar situations as her, Chit Chat Hearing. Sense of hearing is so important and you are working wonders in restoring that sense to those who have lost it.
