Dr Breitling did a great job making custom molds for my in ear monitors. Great guy, explained the process well, very flexible in trying to work to my schedule. I was impressed and will be returning for all of my audiology needs.

My original experience with HearBright was back in July 2014. I was a new resident to the Evergreen area and I lost one of my Oticon hearing aids. My original audiologist was in San Mateo. My SM audiologist was not able to see me for several days and they would not be able to provide me with a replacement hearing aid for several more days. I located HearBright at 200 Jose Figueres San Jose and I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr Ito within 2 days. My first meeting with Dr Ito was completed with an exam and hearing test, during all of this I felt very comfortable. I had expected to replace just the one hearing aid and have it matched up to my other one. I had expected to pay $ 4,000 for the one replacement because I had paid $ 8,000 for the original pair. Dr Ito explained there had been many improvements made since my last purchase in 2012. I was pleased to find out a new pair of Oticon hearing aids would cost less than $ 4,000. The best surprise was the new ones would be fitted and programed for me that morning. I have since had annual follow-up exams and testing. I continue to receive excellent care by Dr Ito and her support staff. HearBright does everything to provide me with the best care and product to maintain my maximum hearing needs.

After their free hearing test, they shared the latest technology in improvements made to hearing aids. (My older H Aids could no longer reach the clarity level needed for my worsening hearing. Bottom line, ..can’t wait to get my Genius 3.0 hearing Aids and get my frustration level back to zero.
