Staff here is courtious, friendly and very professional in every respect. Jeff is absolutely a throw back to the good old days where the service and advice he provided was knowledgeable, reliable and a first class approach of putting the clients needs first. They handled my problems with my hearing aids at no cost....even though warranty had expired due to a processing error by the previous owner. It is an absolute pleasuredoing business with these guys ...especially after dealing with the previous owners before Bloom took over. Can absolutely recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their hearing needs.

Took several calls to reach someone. Friendly and helpful service when I reached the person handling schedules. Appointment had to be cancelled by office and rescheduled once.

I’m visiting from Northern Oregon and my hearing aids were inoperable due to wax build up. The kind specialist cleaned them and handed them back, no charge Merry Christmas! I told him they were covered by insurance and he responded with another Merry Christmas and two pack of batteries! Is that great or what? Love people who get into the spirit! I will be paying it ahead! Merry Christmas!!

Yolanda Kananen has been so kind and helpful to my father in law, there are no words to explain my gratitude. She has done much without charging him any fees and I have a hard time believing she would take advantage of anybody. To "The Kid" who gave this business a bad review... it sounds like you have a lot to learn. It is inappropriate to give a business bad marks based upon the info you provided. The hearing aid was used for a full year and went beyond the warranty time frame. Surely you don't expect Yolando to create false paperwork to fudge the sales date and lie to the manufacturer, do you?

An exceptionally patient-focused, honest, and helpful hearing aid purveyor. I live in Berkeley and though I could get help much closer to where I live and work, I'm willing to drive to Walnut Creek.

Came in for a free hearing test but the doctor wasnt in. The receptionist Jessica was very helpful. She scheduled me for an appoinment to come back next week but i wont be able to since im leaving this afternoon. When i get back into town i will call to schedule an appointment.

My mother is 99 and has been seeing Geoff Calkins for more than 15 years. She has been wearing double hearing aids for about 40 years and is almost totally deaf but she can hear with the hearing Geoff has prescribed. He is the most qualified, caring, kind, attentive and conscientious hearing aid specialist (or any other professional for that matter) she has ever seen. I can't say enough good things about him. Hands down Geoff is the best!

Great and knowledgeable service. Good follow up as well. My only negative is about Resound ear pieces. They are not sweat resistant. Otherwise they function well.

My wife, Emerita Gonzales, had a persistent ringing in her right ear for a long time, very difficult to diagnose by other doctors. She was referred to Dr. Murray who diagnosed the issue right away. He told my wife not to worry, it will go away by itself. The right ear ringing has now disappeared and my wife is happy.

Wonderful friendly and helpful people they go the extra mile

It was a 3 hour drive there and back but worth it. We were in and out in 20 minutes. The facility was clean and the staff were mostly friendly.
