Hearing Aid

I loved working with Dr. Drummond. I had a member of my family that needed hearing aids and my wife seen an ad of his in The Northwestern. Even though my family member was a bit apprehensive about getting a hearing test and the whole hearing aid idea, Dr. Drummond put them at ease almost immediately. He is very kind, easy to understand, and helped them feel like this was a way of bettering their life. As it is. We have had a few follow up appts and each time, he betters their hearing quality. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Drummond and Affordable Audiology. His receptionist is also very friendly and always greets us with a smile. The best part is that the prices are very affordable! We have looked around and these were the best rates we could find. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Jared.

I needed a hearing test and hearing aid reprogramming and found Connect Hearing in Waukesha Google Maps. After calling I was able to make an appointment same day. Everything about the experience was professional and caring. The hearing test was equivalent to what I've had at a hospital audiology clinic, and the hearing aid reprogramming was completed quickly and effectively. These are my first hearing aids and I had lots of questions, they took the time to answer everything. I would highly recommend this Connect Hearing location.

The employees that work there are great to work with . They will sit there and listen to any problems you are having, they won't rush you.

Beware!! They will do something without letting you know the cost first. Then it is too late to find out the cost because they already installed the part in the hearing aids. Stucked you with the price. Good job for the owner to make $$ thru this practice.
