I love This place! I have always enjoyed and felt comfortable that I was in good hands with Accuquest. These two professionals, Miss Tara and Miss S. Always make me feel like my hearing aid are running the best they can be and they definitely always make sure that I have ample time to make my appointment or help me when I need a quick reschedule. Busy schedule, but I am able to always know my hearing aid devices are running optimal. Thanks Accuquest!

A clear disconnect between Northern California and Southern California Kaiser. Been trying to get meds refilled for 2 days. It's like the speak a different language up here. Love it here but their Kaiser scares me.

I have been a Miracle Ear patient for many many years. But my hearing aids were 10 years old and, I was putting off getting new hearing aids since I had my wife had recently pass away and was feeling like giving up. However, I met with Emily Burton in Monterey and she made me feel very comfortable and when I tried the new Genius model, I was able to hear much more with the new technology. I come in and get them cleaned up with her and now every three months and since met a new lady friend, we are getting married! I do believe the new hearing aids have changed my life in that I do not isolate anymore and have been going out again. Thank you Miracle Ear & Emily Burton for giving me renewed hope and helping me find a new love!

I've been a patient here for a couple of years and have had wonderful experiences every time I visit. Emily, Rucinda, and Matt provide top-notch hospitality, including tea if the doctor is behind schedule. Dr. Spear and the new doctor/owner are very knowledgeable and personable. Great audiology office!

It's been a horrific experience and I'm about to cancel and go someplace else. My appointment was the first week of July but they didn't submit to insurance until two weeks later. There There was missing information on my hearing aid prescription but they didn't tell me about it. I had to find out through Medi-Cal. They resubmitted more than two weeks after they got the prescription signed. Almost two months later and Rebecca emails me and told me to call Medi-Cal because she said it's still in review. So I did and found out that Medi-Cal had been waiting for information from Monterey Hearing Center. They've been waiting so long in fact that Medi-Cal denied it because Monterey Valley Hearing didn't reply. I had to call Monterey Valley hearing / Center, several times to get ahold of a manager to get my signed hearing aid prescription. however, they only sent the clearance, not the prescription. because they tried everything else so long, Medi-Cal is now telling me I'll probably have to get a new test & start over. Definitely stay away from this place.

Laura is smart, professional and affable. She is my third audiologist and the best of them all. Her office is clean and well organized. There is even a Keurig coffee machine in the waiting room. I didn't wait long. She knows her science and technology well and will spend the needed time with you. I never felt rushed. Top flight. And she plans to keep her practice here in Monterey for a long time to come, unlike so many in the medical and health care professions. e

Would have given them 5 stars if they carried Bratwursts like the Costco's back East.
