Hearing Aid

My experience with the Miracle Ear hearing aids and the service I receive from Genna Englert has been excellent. Genna is very knowledgeable and does a 1st rate job. In the past with other hearing aids I was consistently feeling I wished they worked better, because I knew I was not hearing as well as I could. When I would go for a check up sometimes it seemed like they guessed at how to make adjustments to improve my hearing. Even though I miss a word once in a while now, the clarity is much better. Great service. Rxpensive, but I got what I needed. My insurance said they didn't cover hearing aids at all. The owner told me "if there is a way to get money from them, I will get it." My insurance sent me a check for $1400 marked that it was for the hearing aides!

Was here once a long time ago when my son was little. The doctor said he was deaf and couldn't hear but she tested him here with a different type of audio testing and it was all good. Most understanding and sympathetic!
