Hearing Aid

It was the worst experience I ever had was absolutely horrible. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I waited 1 hours to see a Dr. El Masri (for a sore throat) but unprofessional receptionists because of their incompetence let me wait for hearing test. (i was there on Saturday not sure if this is regular receptionists). After bringing this up to them and another 20 minutes trying to get some answers why am still waiting when people who came after me already went in and left . Rude receptionist who could not give me a logical answer start yelling at me and telling me that I should be prepared to wait 1-3 hours. After 1.5 hours I left without seeing a doctor. Absolutely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL who can not do there job properly. If you can avoid this place, go to different location save your self time and headaches.

We had a great experience at the clinic! Staff was great. They took such good care of my mother in law and my husband. I would like to say a big thank you especially to Dr. Juliane Shantz. She is a wonderful, very kind and knowledgeable doctor. We were very impressed with the quality and price of the hearing aid device. Highly recommend!

I had my hearing tested at the Grand River Hearing Center recently and I was so impressed at the level of professionalism they showed me. They listened to my questions, were patient and made me feel very comfortable. Even though I needed hearing aids, I wasn’t ready and they encouraged me to wait until I was. I would highly recommend this hearing centre to my friends and family.

GREAT STAFF, GREAT DOCTOR! I just got my tonsils removed by Doctor Obermeyer, he did a great job and comforted my family once I was out of surgery. Their staff is very sweet and helped me with getting a medicine that would better handle my pain from surgery. I highly recommend this office if you need help with your tonsils!

There are many choices for hearing aid care in the area, Michigan Hearing should be your first choice. They were fantastic, got me in right away and took care of my issue in a very professional manner on the first visit. Hassle-free!

What a wonderful experience. I was greeted by a young Man named Michael. He was so pleasant and helpful. Then I was introduced to Madeline, another lovely young Lady, who did the hearing test. She explained everything to me so well that I had no questions. After the test was completed she very thoroughly explained all of the results to me and what my hearing needs are. We also discussed some helpful ways that I might get assistance. There was no pressure to purchase anything. Sterling Hearing Center really wants to help people hear again and I am very greatful to Michael for everything he helped me with today. If you have hearing issues I strongly recommend going to Sterling Hearing. This office is at 19 mile and Garfield road. You will be treated royally.
