Great service!!

If you have been disappointed with your audiologist in the past, you need to give Lori a call. After years of having audiologists tell me "that's what your hearing test says you need" or "This is the best one on the market, it will just take a while to get used to it" Lori is extremely patient and spent all the time I needed to feel comfortable with my choice. She changed the settings at least 6 times, and let me try my new hearing aids in many different situations. I drive over 70 miles one way to see Lori, and it is always worth it. I have been a client since 2007 and have no reason to go anywhere else!

All my experiences with Miracle Ear have been great! Janis and Christine are super! Friendly and very helpful! I've been with them for a number of years.

My mother, who is 72, made an appointment with this guy for 1:30 today. We got there a minute or two early, (like most ppl do with appts) and the door was locked with an "out to lunch" sign on the door! She said she'd wait, I said that was nonsense, let's go. Unprofessional. I call him up at 1:30 precisely (thank you cell phone time stamps) and tell him what's up. He says he's on his way, a few minutes. I tell him forget it, 1:30 means 1:30, he's the one that made the appt, so we left. A few minutes later he calls me back, asking if I left, I said yes; it's idiotic making an appt for someone & not being there. He said if we didn't turn our car around RIGHT NOW, he was going to bill my mother $75 dollars ANYWAY. I said good luck, cellphone timestamps will prove otherwise, and now I was glad we left, cause his attitude stinks. After some name-calling, he insisted that his office was the only one in the area & good luck with my mother getting a hearing aid. I plan on buying a ticket to Zimbabwe so she can get one; maybe I should send him the bill for the plane ticket?

I just spent time with the most knowledgeable, kindest hearing aid and audiologist expert ever. My hearing aid was repaired, my earwax removed in minutes, and about a million (not quite) questions answered. Steve was very patient, courteous and polite. I don't think there is one thing he doesn't know about audiology and hearing aids. Why anyone would go any where else, is beyond comprehension. I strongly recommend this service to anyone with hearing problems. You won't be disappointed .

My father's visits have been great, Dr Johnston is a very patient wonderful doctor. The hearing aids have helped him tremendously.

Have a hearing or balance issue...This is the place to go!!! I loved the fact that I was given ample time to discuss my problems and ask questions. I have had numerous hearing tests throughout my life and this was the first time I had a test that was more than just raising my hands when I hear a beep. Very thorough with the hearing testing and I was given clear explanations regarding my hearing loss. I liked how they also provided a consultation for hearing aids in which they actually asked about my daily life and then provided some options and features that would benefit my lifestyle. Fair pricing, warranty, and service. Easy to find on the Bloomsburg University Campus with good parking.

Updated this review because the audiology services were great! The audiologist was awesome and was great with kids. My son was very comfortable and the hearing test was super easy and "fun" for him. The audiologist was very patient and explained things as she went along. My original review was for MOSA ENT, which was not good experience. See below... MOSA ENT: This is a separate office across the hall from audiology services at St. Joseph. My consultation for my son was not thorough. The doctor seemed irritated by my questions. She seemed only interested in scheduling ear tube surgery and moving on with her day. She spent 5 minutes with us after waiting nearly an hour for our 8:30am appointment. My son never got the surgery. I took him for a second opinion and now his ears are fine after conservative treatment first.
