Home Builder

It was our first time building in Winnipeg, we had a very good experience with Hearth Homes. They work with you in the design and any changes. Excellent workmanship and professional services from Sales (Linda Frenz-Cove) to everyone in the construction process. They always responded promptly to any concerns. We would definitely recommend them. Rick & Judy Hewitt in Sage Creek.

ATG installed outdoor cameras on house and in the yard. From consultation about location of equipment to final pack up after installation, all questions were answered, installation went well, explanation of use of the equipment was covered. Very happy with system and service. Would definitely recommend.

I built a Huntington Home and they were fantastic! Will use them again for my next build. Quality materials, workmanship, and customer service!

A pleasure to deal with. He stripped the exterior of my old country farmhouse and put on new insulation and siding. The quality of work was excellent. The yard was kept clean and tidy. Dwight and his staff were just perfect. The house looks like a million bucks and the price was surprisingly affordable.

Bought a home of us years ago had nothing but issues. Phone for help said it was not his problem. Also I know too other people that had built with him had issues does not stand behind there work. Be very careful.

Very bad customer service. It says on their website, that it takes two days to make an appointment for repair. And this is so untrue!

Great experience start to finish. Will use them again in future.!

My house was built by these folks, and the quality is amazing! I had solar panels installed this summer and the contractors said it was like winning the lottery to find residential electrical done so well.

Exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. You’ll be glad you chose to work with Dwell.

Excellent customer home builder. Patient and wanting to ensure the customer has exactly what they want. There is a reason they are the best in Winnipeg.

Parkhill built us a beautiful home this past year. Derek and Lori are a dream to work with and made us feel like family. Their team in the field and at the office are always friendly and courteous, and the trades that they hire are top-notch. Their skills are evident in the superior quality and craftsmanship in our home. Everyone we worked with was very clear in every step of the process and never tried to up-sell us on anything. Derek is extremely knowledgeable and will let you know exactly the price of any given feature--there were no surprises, even with our limited budget. Lori also helped us sell our previous home and did a fantastic job. I would absolutely recommend Parkhill Homes for anyone looking to build a quality home that will not only has that "wow" factor, but is truly custom to your lifestyle. Thank you Parkhill Homes!

Purchased a home from these yahoos 10 years ago. I have been fixing issues to date: They didn't finish sealing up plumping - raw sewage was coming up Roof is coming apart - water is leaking in Chimney not sealed correctly - caulking not good enough, where's the metal flashing?! Only matter of time till more water Water softener installed all wrong - it doesn't go in the septic tank guys! Drywall tape is peeling off - LAZY Jets for the soaker tub - no access panel, had to make one myself. Nice work. I'm sure to find more, will add to this as I go.
