Home Builder

Choosing to build our dream home with Mannington Custom Homes was a decision we will never regret. The experience was amazing from start to finish. It was a pleasure to work with Trevor and Kathy Markevich company owners, they both have amazing insight and a good eye for detail. We choose not to work with an interior decorator but with Kathy’s knowledge we were able to ask her for suggestions when it came to certain details such as paint colors, lightening suggestions etc. We enjoyed seeing everything come together from start to finish. Trevor always was willing to answer any questions or explain different aspects of the project to us. The timeline of our project went as scheduled and we were able to stay within the budget we had set for the project. We would definitely recommend Mannington Custom Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home.

We bought our Prego built home from the original owners in East St Paul on Oliver Street. Right away, we could tell the quality in the build. After living in the home for a year, we decided we wanted to put a full addition (sun room) to our home. Due to the fact that the home was solidly built we hired Prego to put on the addition. Working with Tony from Prego was seamless, very easy to work with, the addition and our home is well built, and exactly what we had in mind. We would recommend his work to our family and friends.

Very professional team and great attention to detail. Every project is top quality. I highly recommend Pine Creek Homes.

This company is garbage. The family is a cheat randy is awful to deal with always blaming others for his crappy work. I would give zero stars if I could go anywhere else. His sons are also creeps he hires family to do his job and they hit on my 15 yr old daughter. Sick joke
