Built our house with Eden. Service after sale was unresponsive at best. If you have problems after the build good luck getting a fast response or friendly service.
Overall construction quality is OK but not in line with the price associated.

Almost time to move in!
We started the process of "building" a house last year, Sam/Don and Brandon have been great to work with.
We went down and visited Titan's facility and met their wonderful staff! They have a truely state of the art facility.
Our house has recently arrived and was craned on 2 weeks ago!
The Comfort Homes crew was hard working and professional. We had compliments from the local crane company on how organized and professional the Comfort Homes crew was compared to other modular companies they have dealt with in our area.
We are just finishing up the final things and hope to be moving in shortly. We are excited to enjoy years to come in our new Titan Home!
Capital Homes Model Home

I recently purchased a brand new Capital Home in New Hamburg. I would like to share my experience as I have purchased several homes in Ontario before but have never before had a builder who actually cared about the customer or their homes. Capital Homes has gone above and beyond in creating a beautiful home and pleasant home buying experience. I am very pleased with my new home. Thank you to everyone involved!

These guys know how to build a green home. Hard to find a home builder who understands sustainability like these guys.
