Home Builder

I love there house designs, however the actual final product requires work. I will not say anymore other than I am disappointed with the final product and after sales service. There are many builders in Hamilton I have built with a few of them now... Unfortunately this build is my least favorite of the group.

This proyect is sad to my eyes. The lake and it's lif are threatened.

I contacted Rob a few weeks ago to tile a walk in shower, the quality of work and timliness to complete was terrific and greatly appreciated. Rob and his crew worked on our new house construction last year, the quality of work and attention to detail made this an easy decision to call on him again. I look forward to working with him on future projects. Wayne.

My wife and I purchased a home through Linwood in 2015. Built by one of their most experienced builders, 35 years building with Linwood, and still building for Linwood today! When my home was almost complete, our builder told us that our roof would leak!!! We were shocked! "How can you build a house knowing that the roof will leak?" Our roof is now leaking in 3 different locations every time it rains. Our home IS our entire life savings, and Linwood is not answering calls and refusing to help us resolve the issue. Linwood, are you there?

Incredible company with a terrific sense of what a customers experience should be. Gladly recommend their services.
