Home Builder

Reputable Home Builder with more than 30 years of quality building

We bought a house from Highcastle homes 17 years ago at Lundy Village. It is almost 2100 sq ft. Their standard options in cabinetry, tiles, countertop and carpeting are pretty good. I only wish the windows were of better quality. I love the wall to wall carpeting we chose for the home. But whoever installed the carpet did not do a good job. The floor plan is good on the top floor. The ground floor plan could be better. The supposed family-room adjoining the kitchen is more suitable as a dining room. The kitchen size is good. At first it was a bit of a challenge to furnish the house as all the sizes and dimensions are non-standard. overall I do like the house we bought.

Great builder with professional and caring staff. My interaction with all the staff from management, to customer service and design studio has been an exceptional, fun and pleasant experience. The entire team is very professional, knowledgeable, approachable and responsive. A special thank you to Anna Fera and David Di Meo for their time, patience, assistance and for being so understanding and helpful with the numerous changes. Your time and patience has made this experience a positive one which has eliminated so much stress. Truly appreciate what you both have done and continue to do to ensure the end result is nothing less than spectacular. I was told at the beginning that I was in good hands and you have lived up to that. Caliber Homes is a team of high quality professionals who take a hands on approach and work with integrity and as a team to ensure that their clients needs are met. A big thank you to the entire team!

We are very happy with the work Bachly has done on our house, both inside and outside. The company is very professional: the quotes provided are detailed, they answer questions and follow up on requests quickly, and they let us know of any changes to the original plans. And, the quality of work is very high. Working with Bachly has been a good experience for us.

Ravineview Construction finish our basement, powder room . We had numerous contactors quote but we felt best with Tim and his commitment to the project. All work done was very competently and at most times timely, outsourcing of all contracting work occurred.

Bought our very first home from Royalcliff and have zero regrets. We absolutely love our home and have had no problems at all.

I have lived in a Darcel Home since 1993 and would not give it a second try. Terrible build quality. Guarantee you that your chimney will fail and have to be rebuilt. Also guarantee catastrophic flooding from giant leak in upper level of house destroying drywall and bricks if in winter. Electrical not much better. Replace circuit board immediately if you buy a Darcel home, it will also fail quite soon. Electricity has been around over 100 years but it seems ike new technology for these people. Avoid Darcel at all costs. Not worth the trouble.

Just saw one of your drivers on the 400 swerving and braking erratically. When we passed him we saw him blatantly looking at his phone. He's obviously careless and doesn't care about breaking the law, which reflects quite poorly on your company.

Terrible Builder. Dont even go close!

great service and really friendly contract manager. Highly recommend!

matrixhomes build my addition /they build my basement and new deck with a pergola . they did the job organize and to our satisfactory . highly recommended

The people working there are lovely but the place needs an update. They don't have any program to show you how your choices will blend, it's the old school pull out the samples and hope for the best. Also, the floor samples on the ground are all out of production except for one. They severely need the program that shows you what your place will look like... even home depot has it in the paint section. Super disappointing.

I bought their townhouse in Apr, 2020. They promised to return the land tax deposit of 2020 when I finish the tax payment. You know what, they unreasonably refused the refund after I paid the tax.
