Great Builder ,Great Product, Very Accommodating

I got a new townhouse from Remington on July 5, 2018. Prior to the closing, we identified 50+ issues in the unit during the PDI and the rep from Remington said that they will resolve these issues in timely manner. It has been over a month and most of the issues has not been started to fix or no update is provided on when they are planning to fix. For the items they attempted to fix, the results are either half baked repair by their subcontractors or they just made more damage to the area. For example, they took down half of my drywall in my family room and they just left it open for over two weeks without giving any update. I had made multiple follow ups (calls and emails) to the customer care. They never respond to my emails or they just pointing their fingers their subcontractors or telling to just call Tarion during the calls. The overall experience with this purchase is negative and I will suggest people to think twice to buy any new property from Remington.

All i have to say is, Mikes work is without a doubt quality over quantity. The detail, expertise, and efficiency is beyond what i have seen with previous jobs from any builders. He is absolutely incredible and skilled in what he does. Stunning designs from beginning to end. Thank you so much for your work Mike!

Met with the owner of the company. Great personality, doing transaction was very easy and helpful. Thanks Mr Rubal.

I dont even know what this place is but I want the points so take the 5 stars and I'll take the points, both parties are happy

Every crew that showed up to the house was very respectful of the house and the job they were performing. Bradford Remodeling & Construction was always there managing the activities and I never felt insecure about having other people a day for the entire period working around the house with my property still onsite. I recommend Bradford Remodeling & Construction, they do an excellent job in remodeling houses.
