Home Builder

Tony and his team at Alair Homes (Bradford) offer great, friendly service. Prior to the start of your renovation project, they'll meet with you to review your plans in detail. Alair continues to maintain contact throughout the renovation project with regular email updates of tasks planned and/or completed. At any point in time, if you ever have a question and/or concern, the response rate of the team is quite rapid, making you/your project feel as if you really are a priority. As an added bonus, we finished on time and on budget! Thank you Tony & team!

This sales office is by appointment only. Will only accommodate appointments when there is new release.

The quality of the homes are extremely disappointing. Nevermind trying to get repairs made. If it's too much work or they don't want to make the repairs they'll just stop answering your attempts at contacting them. My advice is to find a builder who actually cares about their customers.

Love this Builder- always building beautiful homes! Thanks to the great construction team and the construction manager for making my experience nothing but great! will recommend this builder to anyone looking for a new home!

Great company and they build fantastic homes in the GTA.

Home addition and renovation Rudy and his crew are highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy. They do absolutely incredible work from start to finish. We have had absolutely no issues with their workmanship. We would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs.

The best in the business. If you are looking for a home that your friends are going to be jealous of then you want to live in a Holland Home. It's as simple as that!
