Cheapest possible quality aluminum framing and paint from China, will not last Canadian weather, silicon and roofing panels also extremely cheap.

We love our condo built by Miller Contracting. Quality workmanship and a great company to work with. They promptly dealt with any questions we had and were always open to discuss changes we wanted. The little warranty work we had was completed promptly and appreciate the 5 year warranty they have. We'll definitely call them again if we ever need a new home.

We are extremely happy with our beautiful new house located in the Meadows. The service Arbutus gave us from the moment we walked into the show home has been nothing but outstanding. MaryAnn the sales consultant was very helpful and honest throughout the entire process. She always kept us informed on the progress of our home, while answering any questions we had promptly and professionally. She took care of us from the moment we met until the day we took possession. MaryAnn was a very trustworthy person, any and all verbal promises made were delivered which demonstrates her integrity. Looking back, it was very calming knowing that you would be looked after by the same person from start to finish. If anyone is looking to purchase a home from Arbutus we would highly recommend working with MaryAnn, you will not be disappointed. Our site superintendent Taylor did a fantastic job. The completion date never changed and the quality of work and lack of deficiencies was impressive. Any small issues pointed out was corrected within 48 hours, again impressive. We are extremely pleased with the service up to and after possession. Its nice seeing the people who built your house still working in the area and continuing to ensure you are satisfied. Eric, who has been in charge of client care after possession has also been outstanding. We had a concern with out HRV unit and sent him and email one afternoon. Himself and a technician were out the next morning to diagnose and correct the issue. Again, we were amazed by this level of service. We have been in the house for over 2 months now and love it. We would recommend Arbutus to anyone looking for a quality home built by quality people who stand behind their product.

this company is the biggest joke possible, they don't warranty any of there work, to them all you are is just a number, Boychuk homes uses the cheapest material possible STAY AWAY.. ZERO STARS. all of there rose wood homes are falling apart. lots of complaints on the street.
