Home Builder

Alair Homes Forest Hill just knows their stuff. They walk you through whether you want to do a renovation of a total rebuild, explaining the pros and cons with utmost patience. And once the project gets going, they are always on top of things. An experience for getting your perfect home just like you would want it to be. Highly recommended!

Have been doing business with Lifestyle for over 2years, Daniel (supervisor) is a highly professional and also a very nice person to deal with. Would highly reccomend their services ! 👍

We live in the beaches-area of Toronto and after meeting with a good number of contractors, we settled with Alair Homes. The relationship between the client and contractor is an important piece to help deal with any bumps along the renovation road. Luckily we didn't have any major issues and if anything, Alair Homes suggested slight alterations (to our architects plans) along the way to better suit our needs. We dealt primarily with John and Greg and both were quite easy to speak with at all hours of the day. I would start many days communicating (via text and phone calls) with Greg as early as 6am to ensure all short term and long term decisions were agreed upon. As the entire project is itemized prior to starting, it allowed my wife and I to see, dollar for dollar, where our money was being spent. It also allowed me the freedom to pick and choose the work that I wanted to do in order to save some cash. We had purchased the hardwood and exterior siding (to collect credit card points), and Alair Homes was completely okay with our plan. Greg even spent a day with me to teach me how to lay down hardwood flooring. He even leant me the floor nailer for as long as I needed it. Overall, Alair Homes was professional to the max! We will hire them in a heartbeat for any future work. Since we lived in our house during our renovation, they were extremely supportive by ensuring the doors to our two kids rooms were sealed, nails and screws picked up around the house, and were always respectful of our neighbours and their property.

Woodsmith Construction is first and foremost one of the leading contractors serving the GTA. We at Rigid Frame Structural Engineers Inc. provide structural engineering consulting for them. Woodsmith always adhere to the drawings and regulations in all of their construction projects. We also find Chris and all his crews to be very respectful. We recommend Woodsmith to all our clients who like to tackle renovations.

Knowledgeable and experienced people in the sales team. Pleasant and friendly professionals in the head office. Highest quality in the workmanship in all of their projects. One of the best builders in the GTA.

Their customer service is good. They listen and understand our requirements and given us their technical advice. Our home addition had multi-part structural issues but they used value engineering techniques, and did home addition professionally. We will recommend them, for sure.

I hired RPP Construction & Home Improvement Toronto to remodel our kitchen. The guys arrived on time and did very amazing with their work. I am so happy with how everything turned out. Good job!

I rarely give reviews and feedback but this surely deserve one! I am rating 5 stars for everyone. I was almost hopeless to find the best people to work on my new office. I am very glad that I have found Spadina Handyman & General Repairs.

We hired them to do a master bathroom for us. They were amazing. Great attention to detail. The job was complete on time and James was great on running us through the whole project. Very professional and great to deal with.

Cass-A-Bella Construction, design build team – what can I say... it was nice to find a group of men that cared about what they did. Craftsmanship and pride of workmanship was evident! Thank you to all of you. Thank you Charles for giving us the courage to renovate and build. Thank you Fernando and his team of builders for making our dream home come true.

it was good

Delay after delay! Poor communication! Blame city for delaying approval, however, city says Mattamy needs to provide documents. If you purchased a delayed home, I recommend you reach out to Mattamy and Tarion, to hold them accountable for their actions.
