+ We never imagined that we could build a house but Greg made that a reality. They asked what our budget was and helped us through process to stay in the budget. Our house turned out amazing. Their suggestions on colors and materials were so helpful. If you wanted to take out a window move a wall always upfront about the cost. I would recommend Barry Homes to anyone needing a new home. They really treat you like family and always answer questions.

Great builder. Consistent quality is evident throughout all of their builds I have seen. As well as the one my wife and I own and live in. These days so many builders cut corners anywhere they can, especially with the things you don’t immediately see. Not so with Pawluk homes. Highly recommend!

Very professional staff and easy to work.

My husband and I bought a new house through North Prairie about two months ago. We are extremely happy with our home and all the additional features North Prairie put into the house for us. They have been helpful with all our questions, and we would highly recommend North Prairie.

So far so good. It was a great experience dealing with Josh. We got the possession on the same day that we had agreed upon six months ago I would update once the grading and landscaping is done.

Excellent customer service and post-possession support. We were only able to come up with 1 or 2 minor issues when our home warranty inspections came up, and actually skipped the 6 month one since nothing needed work. Robin in the quality assurance department is excellent and very polite. He's taken the time to answer our silly first-time home-owner questions and is both very knowledgeable and even more picky about quality than us!

In the last four years, I researched hundreds of Saskatoon house listings. I found Daytona Home’s floor plans practical and affordable. I scheduled an appointment in June. Lynn listened to what I wanted and showed me a few houses. Lynn’s personality, sense of humor and patience made the buying process fun. Daytona’s recommended mortgage specialist and lawyer and made the process easy for me (I took possession within 30 days and did not have preapproval). One week before possession, Kale goes through an extensive home owner tour. A few weeks after the move in date is a warranty visit. Darius is quick to address any issue. Lynn and the rest of Dayton Homes team feel so much like family that my son and his girlfriend bought a new house from Daytona Homes in October.

We had D & S Homes do a full renovation of our basement and the entire experience was incredible. The timeline that they set was very reasonable and project was even complete prior to date. Suggestions were given to enhance our space and quality of work is exceptional. We did not even have to leave our home while renovations were being completed. I would recommend this company for any renovation.
