Home Builder

The negative review is not associated with an Atlantis Homes build project but a sister company of Atlantis Homes. Furthermore, it wasn't the builders decision to take down the large tree but a requirement of the utility company. Ironically, the individual complaining about the tree coming down wouldn't grant the homeowner a utility easement which resulted in the tree removal. Thanks for reading.

We had a extremely good experience with our respective. They are so informative.and the homes are built very well. The decorator's do an amazing job.

Eeeeh

We are very pleased and satisfied with Eldorado Development Inc. Eldorado had few lots to choose from, we met w Mr. Jason Gula and gave him a deposit of good faith on the lot we wanted. Jason was very helpful in explaining all the steps we need to take and what the builder offers. With in 10 days Jason called us we met and had our proof of mortgage, and we signed a purchase agreement. As promised with in five months our house was ready, they way we wanted, the lot we wanted, the upgrades and changes we made. Eldorado offers many upgrades and good quality products and features that we were looking for! We are very happy and some of our relatives are looking forward in buying Eldorado homes, from their new developments.

Excellent Homes and Service!

Nice hangout to have a brunch and walk around

Sealed the driveway and next day fairgate workers walked over the caution tape and decided they would work on the water main tap cover because it was on an angle.

I feel so comfortable working with Construction & Remodeling Whitchurch-Stouffville. They were so nice and professional i really like how they do their work and how fast they can finish it and not only that the fee was so reasonable. I loved it. Thank you so much

When will construction begin? I heard from the town that a building permit was available almost 4 years ago but was never picked up. Is this not going to be built?
