Very happy with our choice of condo living.

We have been in our new home for a year now and we couldn't be happier. From our first meeting to the time we took possession Eric and Lucie were fantastic. Through the entire process we were impressed on many levels, from the quality of workmanship to the high level of customer service provided by Eric himself. I would not hesitate to build another house with Eric's homes and have recommended them to my friends and family.

I have recently bought townhome at Larkspur Landing by Rohit Communities. Being first-time home buyer, I was quite uncertain if I will be able to get home at affordable price. but, I am really thankful to Shawn who helped me in any concerns regarding the house. He did a fantastic job in addressing my concerns and issues. Shawn is a thorough professional who provided timely and accurate information. I am really satisfied with the services I got from him. I highly recommend family and friends to contact Rohit communities before purchasing a home.

Poor service during the 1-year warranty. The concerns and issue brought up during the selling process and orientation were all ignored even they have been written down on the form. The warranty coordinator just assumes no issue or concern, and expect to close the warranty for grant ... I have a hard with talk to her and need lot of evidence to prove my stuff as seem she has nothing from the file .... The tolerance for fault seem protecting the build so much that they are run freely away from the issue without any problem. The quality of SOD is different low grade as I was told by my friend from the other community with the same build, and I can confirm that too. It is definitely not a joyful time to deal with Home by AVI team in the Griesbach Community. I have dead SOD and it was promised to be replaced, the contractor ONLY ask me about the pic and no update since then, so it let the summer pass by ... I have lot of nail pops from one of my drywall, and it seems they can only fix them but not covering repainting the wall ... I truly feel the so-call "1-year warranty" is just like a "scam" thing to fool the customers.

Montorio Homes constructed a full house build which we still own today. It has been 5 years since the constuction of the home, and there have been no issues with any of the building materials from the initial concrete all the way to the finishing. By far the best value and open building system in our current market. I was provided with Excel spreadsheets with all the material and labour cost sheets attached. There were no mystery prices or vague costs associated with the home. Every cost, including all sub-contracts, was listed clearly on the spreadsheet and this is exactly what was reflected in the costs and receipts. Given all the stories of shady builders and run-away project costs, many people are rightfully scared of building a new home. The system with Montorio Homes made this a non-issue and I would build again.

They are so rude to customers and are not sure the information they know .useless

Lincolnberg was patient and were willing to listen to our ideas and made sure we got what we wanted. They always made time to answer any questions we had and if they didn't know the answer they knew who to send us to. The superintendent in charge of the building of our home was an excellent help. He explained in detail why things couldn't be the way we wanted and made sense.
