We recently purchased a Look Haus INFILL. We visited countless infills and the overall quality of our home is amazing. We did our due diligence, and met with all the major infill players. They are NO fly by night! I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking to live downtown. My wife and I were impressed with the professionalism, their systems, how they explain features of the home, and how quickly they reacted to our questions! I would highly recommend buying from Look.

We built ur home with Platinum Homes last year and we are more than happy with the build quality & service. The details and the pricing that we got was way better that the other builders that we got quotes from . In terms of upgrades we got everything on our wishlist in our budget . Sunny was a pleasure to deal with and we would not look anywhere else for our next home. Highly recommended if you' r building a custom home.

I wouldn’t build with them again. I could go on and on as to why, but I won’t because my personal list is too long. The one thing I will say is, the staff was generally friendly and professional, but not enough to merit giving Look a positive review. We fell in love with a floor plan and a neighborhood, and that left us a little short-sighted. If you’re thinking of building with a new home builder, go knock on a few doors of the homes they’ve built and ask the home homeowners what they think. Make the most informed decision as possible. The devil is truly in the details.

Purchased our home in Rosenthal and our representative Sandy was amazing to work with. We had a few bumps along the way but she made everything so much Easier to deal with she’s a real Gem ;) We have been living in our landmark home for almost a month now and so far so good !! We are very happy with everything and have had no real issues come up. The house is beautiful it’s everything we asked for and more.

I had our home built by Parkwood in Tamarack and was the greatest decision we’ve ever made to build with them. We loved our home and proud of the great work that was done. We are very happy with the homebuilding experience. Our Sales Manager, Ron Torrella made the process very easy by explaining every detail thoroughly. After moving in, other than the few nail pops, and other minor issues which was fixed, we are vey satisfied with the 1-year builder’s warranty. We always referred Ron and Parkwood to our friends.
