Home Builder

Another custom home builder, just like all home designs and layouts, they're all very personal loan so go and check to see if what they have to offer Suits You

We had our ceilings vaulted, and Cook Custom Homes did an outstanding job. They were within the time frame promised, and the place looks amazing. Highly recommended

We bought a home with Brookfield' in Riverstone just before Xmas , and the experience we had with Brookfields staff was extremely positive especially Luc Poirier if it wasn't for him I don't think we'd be living in this beautiful home , so thank you Luc you are amazing , they also provided virtuo a move in concierge they supplied awsome looking plastic boxes instead of cardboard they stacked so neatly and were so much easier to use , Robin Sherwood was awsome he got everything hooked up to my new home and supplied a moving company to help us move ,of course it was a little stressful because of the busy time of the year ,but between Robin and the brook field team it all worked out great . I would definitely recommend Brookfield to anybody .

No complaints

Two Alberta rivers converged and invaded our home in the Flood of 2013, filling our basement and soaking our main floor. Chris took on this emotionally-loaded renovation with respect and energy. He created a home for us, within our budget, which reflected our need to mitigate against future floods as well as use reclaimed materials with meaning and history. He and his team’s full-transparency, ethical management, constant communication and humour, responsiveness, and creative sourcing and flexibility turned a nightmare into a dream home.

You'll be spending some time here if you purchased a Homes by Avi build. Pro tip: drop by during their open house hours 12-5 on a Saturday and price out all the upgrades you're thinking about. It add up quickly and you'll avoid the unpleasant surprise after you've set your budget. Spend some time on Pinterest before heading over there so you get some ideas. It'll really help guide you.

Our company has been a trade partner with Slokker over the past 5 years. We have completed over 250 units in Calgary and Edmonton during that time. The people at Slokker are professional, motivated and work hard at providing a quality home to their customers. We value our relationship with Slokker and would highly recommend their homes . I have been fortunate enough to be a client of Stonewater Homes. They take pride in everything they do. From their professional management of the overall project to the trades that complete the custom work, I am constantly amazed at how well they do it. I only wish everyone could have their home built by Stonewater. Thanks again!

Just bought a new infill through Beyond Homes and everything from start to finish was top shelf. They went out of their way to accommodate requests through the build process and everything from design to trades have been great. Customer service was fantastic and attention to detail is unmatched. Would highly recommend them to others. Thanks Al and team!
