World class service all the way! Just moved into Link Condos + Lofts and our suite was impeccable! Thank you to the Adi team for being so courteous and informative every step of the way during and after the buying process. The sales and customer service staff are knowledgeable and respond to any inquiries with prompt follow up! It was our first condo purchase as an investment, and happy to say we had multiple offers from tenants to rent our suite. Had an amazing experience at every stage. Not to mention we paid less than one month of occupancy fees and we are registering the condo! super happy with our purchase and highly recommend Adi!

We purchased in Hello Georgetown's latest phase. We closed on November 23rd. The state of the grading on the house is a disaster. I don't expect final grade however it's ridiculous. We spoke to the site supervisor on two occasions just prior to closing and he agreed they take care of it and acknowledged it's bad. Nothing happened. Since then I have emailed customer service multiple times without even so much as a response. I have also called and left messages and filled out their online form. Still not even a response. Remington did however choose to publicly respond to another google review saying they're aware of the problem and would be in touch. That was 3 weeks ago, still nothing.

Delays closing date.Twice now and recently told us that the materials chosen for the house is not available. Saw concrete damage on the property in process and mistakes that show poor workmanship. Quite disappointed at the moment and is highly concerned with the finished product.

We did a very major renovation and Ideal Home Design managed the whole thing. They coordinated the installation of all new HVAC, windows, kitchen cabinets and appliances, and recommended people for each. They coordinated with the building department for the building permit, as well as the electrical inspection as well. Walls were removed, flooring replaced (stairs were hand crafted to match the hardwood on the main floor)...the list goes on. The quality of products that they provided is great, and their attention to detail is fantastic. The design guidance was also so valuable. Very happy with the work.

We hired First Canadian Construction to renovate our home during the summer of 2017 and it was the best decision we have ever made. Mike & Max and their team built us the home of our dreams. We felt very relaxed during the whole project and the team made our home renovation very enjoyable from start to finish. The recommendations that the FCC team gave us made our home more amazing than we could ever have imagined.
