Home Builder

I better like them I'm building them

Sherry and staff were very helpful to my friend and I when we visited the few times. I have a home built by the same company and it's good to see them continuing to build with quality. I'm very happy for my friend, she's in good hands.

DK did a major home reno for us, involving the house (interior and exterior), garage and even some landscaping. Damir ensured that the work was professionally performed, by courteous and efficient staff and contractors, and the result is almost like having a new home. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a custom build or reno.

I own a condo built by logel and I am quite happy with the product. However, I have been looking to buy another one soon and will not buy from them again purely because they use First Service Residential as a property management company. FSR will neglect and ruin your building, gouge you on fees and generally ruin the condo lifestyle. Logel, you need to find a new management company for your otherwise great product.

They promise you the world during the buying process. We moved into our home in December with no stucco or a drive way.. It is now middle of August and our home is STILL incomplete and the seasonal work that they have had done keeps causing additional damage to the rest of our home. And that is just the beginning; Not impressed, will not be recommending.

Very nice facilities close to major amenities, worth every penny. Spacious hallways with very generous foyers and landings.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Chalsey and Rachel with Hopewell! From the moment we met them at the opening of the new show homes, we instantly knew that we were going to work with them. They were so friendly, and even on their busiest day (the grand opening) they still took time to answer all of our questions and give us really honest and detailed answers about our inquiries. Once we decided to purchase it was truly the easiest experience ever. They have everything so clearly mapped down and have the whole process down to a science. While everything seemed to follow a pre-set flow, we truly still felt like it was a very personalized experience. It was always a fear of mine that once we bought a new home and they had our money that the level of service would decline - not with Chalsey and Rachel!! The whole experience has been so in-depth, tailored to our needs and informative. We have loved working with Hopewell as a whole and have already recommended them to many of our friends and family. Thank you Hopewell, Chalsey, and Rachel for making our first home building experience easier and less stressful than we could have ever imagined!

C Mac has been working with Rob Wilson for many years now. He is an excellent contractor, easy to work with and pays his trades promptly! Highly recommend!

An amazing four-season lake lifestyle!

I've put off writing this review until we've lived in our house for a few months. It's getting two stars because, for the most part, we like our house and the sales and building process was positive. Post-purchase has been a completely different customer experience than what we were primed for while building. We've had several issues go basically unaddressed until you complain about them on Twitter, and even then it took months to have some things fixed, while others are still unresolved. At this point, I think my wife and I wish we'd gone with a different builder because the experience overall has been pretty terrible.

Built the elevator shaft. So you are all welcome, remember me when you don't have to take the stairs!
