I asked Denoble Homes for a quote to build my family a new house via their own website inquiry form. They did not respond. So I phoned them a week later, and the lady told me they hadn't decided whether they were even interested in doing my job or not. Apparently wanting to spend over half a million dollars with them wasn't worth their time to even reply to me one way or the other.

BUYER BEWARE - I bought a "house" with Country Green Homes and I am starting to question the legitimacy of the builder. I feel like i am dealing with a bunch of con artist. They have been selling properties for their development in Waterdown since 2013 and have sold out all of their lots. Since 2013, 0 of these homes have been built. Their Sales Rep - Gail Ward, you may recognize this name from several other complaint comments, she is the absolute worst. I dont know how she still has a job. There are so many complaints online specifically about her - I think she comes on here anonymously and writes a few good reviews. If you ever meet her remember - she is a con artist. Dont let her con you. I am still wondering if Country Green is actually a home builder or a very elaborate scam. Their construction crew consist of a team of about 12 people. The time I have spent waiting for this house to be constructed I could have built it myself. (NOT JOKING) I would strongly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a home and you like sleeping at night. DO NOT buy from Country Green Homes. I lay awake some nights just thinking about how I am getting screwed and hope one day the screwing will end and ill get my keys to my house and I wont ever have to communicate with Gail Ward again.

It was my first time to work with Newmarket Construction and Remodeling. I can say that they are really good in everything that they do. The project manager is very creative and he is very easy to work with.
