Home Builder

Very helpful people, they know exactly what a first time homebuyer need from them. Worked with us at every stage and made the process as easy as possible. Highly admire Elaine, Dejan and Karl’s efforts to educate and assist us. They have been very patient and cooperative. You guys know how to establish and maintain long term relationship with the customers. Cheers!

Warranty I purchased a townhouse from Douglas Homes in Cobblestone Creek. During my six-month walkout inspection in May, I reported a concrete problem with my garage apron. Months later, the issue still has not been repaired under warranty. The warranty team has repeatedly postponed the appointment, while the concrete contractor has told me several times that he was “coming today,” but never showed up. There has also been poor communication when appointments were cancelled or postponed. I understand weather and scheduling issues can happen, but this level of delay and lack of communication is very disappointing. I expected much better from a new-home builder.

Fantastic builder to buy from

I've been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and working with Linwood Homes couldn't of been easier. The design team handled every challenge my client had and made the process seamless. The construction prints were the best I've ever used for acquiring my building permits. They're tops in my books.

I have dealt with Saed Jomaa and Hafiza Homes for many years and find them to be trustworthy and professional. They build exquisite homes with quality workmanship and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Make sure if you are planning to have a new home built, contact Hafiza Homes first!

Best in Class Custom Builder! Jason and his team deliver an exceptional product that is surrounded by a great customer experience. I've dealt with numerous custom builders across Canada and Jason truly sets a high bar for achieving excellence and exceeding customer expectations. From planning, through design and build, Wolf Custom Homes are in a class by themselves as seen in the quality and details they create. Building or buying a custom home can be a difficult process, but the relationships and trust that Jason and team built from day 1, made both the journey and destination worth while. We are so proud of our Wolf Custom Home and so grateful to have worked with Jason and his team of professionals. Thank-you Jason, Jill & Ian!
