They price houses fairly and do not negotiate price. I found sales staff very friendly, transparent and provide good advise. I liked the workmanship. I wish they could be more reasonable on cost for changes to standard construction plan.

This is the best experience my family has had when buying a home. Jackson at Walden by Avi has AMAZING services that make the process easy & enjoyable. Everything in this company works really well. I will rate every service from 0-10. 1- The sales process was very, very smooth. The sales person at the show home gave us an exceptional experience. Rate (12) 2- The possesion experience was unavailable good as well. The house has a meticulous perfect finish in every room. Rate (12) 3- The Move-In was very quick and very smooth without any stress. I recommend every customer to use the "Move-In Concierge" service & The Premiere Vanlines moving company ( you wont regreat it) Rate (12). 4- Despite all the constructions around Walden community, it looks clean and beautiful. If anyone wants to have a place called "my dream home" & an amazing overall experience in this process for sure contact Jackson at Walden by Avi.

Our family is currently in the process of building our third home with Shane Homes and we couldn't be happier! Our experiences with Shane Homes has been nothing short of amazing. From our first initial meeting with Jeff and Derek at the Nolan Hill show home, Marion at the design center and everyone involved in the construction process, our expectations have been surpassed. The service and quality of their staff and trades are second to none. We built our first Shane Home in 2003 and now, in 2015, with our third home under construction, we couldn't imagine building with any other home builder. Throughout the years, our family has grown and Shane Homes has always been able to accommodate the needs of our family. It was important for us to have the ability to customize our home to suit our family of six. The expertise accompanied by the patience of everyone involved throughout the design process has been greatly appreciated and it really shows that Shane Homes really does go out of their way for their customers. We have lived in our Cardel condo at 20 Walgrove Walk se now for about 2 weeks. In a world of people not doing what they say, it is such a refreshing experience to sit in my new condo, where the builder did do everything that they said that they would do, on time, and without issues, i wanted to tell you about it. Brad and Mel on the sales side where just great, MIke and his construction team and customer support could not have been any better. We love our condo and how we have been dealt with. Ya it's really been great.

My wife and I are looking at options for purchase and stopped into the show suites. Staff were helpful allowing us to browse the suites at our leisure, then return for questions, "the run down" and sales info / materials. I liked the set up. To bad you can only tour the older models, not the new ones being built (I understand you can just build new show suites every time, and the sales staff is helpful in showing you the differences in the newer models). Overall a helpful experience.

Nice new area of Calgary. My friends bought a new house in Walden. Easy access to both main roads and public transportation. Shops are fairly nearby. A large shopping area with lots of shops is a short 5 minute drive away. Easy access to Stoney Trail and MacLeod Trail. Nice park area within short walking distance.
