Home Builder

Yeah was pretty interesting!!!

Very disappointed with the MUSE complex. Edmonton has had 2 major freezing rain storms since middle of October, None of the common areas have been treated with ice melt or equivalent. The only area that seems to be maintained is the area by the show home. Why are we paying condo fees?

I am a Registered Energy Advisor and my work is mostly all related to Residential housing. Everything from modeling homes, energy audits on older existing and new homes, house problem investigations, home warranty investigations, etc., which much of the work connected to Natural Resources Canada. With all of my testing of houses, it involves thermography and a Blower Door Test. Many of my BD tests have been for Infiniti Master Built Homes, where they not only have Pure Energy Solutions to complete a Final BD test upon completion of the home, but also have a Pre-Drywall BD test to detect any building envelope issues before any drywall is installed. This way they can achieve the best possible air tightness for the future homeowner, which therefore, not only results in an above average comfortable, beautiful energy efficient house but also a very high Energuide Rating that is hard to match in the new home building industry. Pure Energy Solutions have tested over 5000 homes and I confidently say that Infiniti Master Built houses are always a very consistent product with my testing results and if there any issue(s) found during the Pre-Drywall, I know that it is corrected immediately. Of all the New Home Builders that I have worked with over the years, Infiniti Master Builders ranks amongst the top in not just quality but also Energy Efficiency, which is so important knowing that you have a home that is one of the best products available in the today's new house market.
