Very nice development. Their clubhouse is nice and includes a kitchen, pool, and fitness center. Great for large parties that you can't accommodate in your house. We attended a party here and there was just enough room for 40 people. Nice TV for watching sports too.

I have worked with Norbert and Alair Homes Springwater on a number of projects now and have nothing but good things to say about their services. As a sub trade it is sometimes difficult to create working relationships with construction companies but Norbert has been great from the start. His clients are always so happy with the work of his company and his professionalism and customer service is fantastic. I would recommend Norbert and Alair Homes Springwater for any renovation or custom project.

Never been there

We had Rob and his team help us renovate a 140 year old farmhouse and were thrilled with the outcome. Not only was Rob on time and budget, but his team were fantastic to work with, making us feel like we had friends working on our home. We continue to call on Rob for all our issues now, great or small, and without fail he is there to help, regardless of the size. He is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him and his team.

Very good builder

There are not enough stars to say how great this place is for their work. I have used them many times and will continue to. I have used another company once and the last and their workmanship does not compare as well as their service and friendly attitude.

Absolutely horrible experience. The quality of construction is super low with pipes and toilets overflowing and this staff members will simply disappear once the sales is made. Such a waste of money and time. Not Recommended AT ALL.
