After visiting a few builders Activa was our last stop and from the moment we step into their sales office to the final stages of purchasing our home we've been treated like a real customer should. Their entire staff have been very supportive and ensured all our expectations were met. Any issue we raised was dealt with within 1-2 days or even sooner. After having spoken with friends and acquaintances who built homes with other builders, I was expecting the process of having my own home built to not be without its share of stress, headaches and unexpected costs. Tanya, Tiffany, and the entire team at the design centre made the process of picking materials and finishes from the seemingly endless options a breeze. After establishing my personal preferences and vision, they helped guide me to accentuate them and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was also personally involved during the construction of my home and found the site supers, Joe & Kyle, were true professionals both with an eye for detail and a pleasure to work with. Jim Bielmeier built our custom patio home last year. He is a great guy to work with. His attention to detail and ability to bring the high quality of construction to meet expectations is laudable. Jim gave us the exact home we wanted within budget unlike some other area builders we approached for our project.
