Awful customer service

We worked with them recently, they were our architect and they did such an outstanding job. They consider everything even the small things that you don’t even think.we got so many positive feedback. They wow you with every interaction you have with them, they are a true professional.

Minto built a dream home for us !!! They take quality seriously, in both material and workmanship. Design center is exceptional. Aftercare service is phenomenal, owned few new homes and never saw a service like Minto before. They do not keep homeowner waiting for anything. Kim and the team make aftercare looks simple, wonderful people to deal with.

When I called Karen homes, I was surprised to hear that they were actually affiliated with another company, sort of sister companies. So I was a little un-sure if they will be the right one but they offered a free estimate so I took it. Long story short, I ended up hiring them to renovate my whole basement. it was a big job and I thought they were the best ones for it. I am happy to report that they did a great job. Basement looks awesome! thank you very much!

Delay after delay! Poor communication! Blame city for delaying approval, however, city says Mattamy needs to provide documents. If you purchased a delayed home, I recommend you reach out to Mattamy and Tarion, to hold them accountable for their actions.
