Paid the contractor to remodel a couple rooms in the house, contractor took the money and didn’t finish the job. Plenty of days where workers didn’t show up at all. Very unprofessional including leaving garbage in the back yard for 3 weeks, workers cutting water lines with saws, and causing leaking into other parts of the house. I do not recommend this company at all, you’ll be taking them to court just like we are. Just an absolute nightmare of an experience.

I gave a $6,000 deposit because Andrew insisted I needed to to guarantee the price. I told him I was at the beginning of thinking about the process and wasn’t sure if I could move forward. He promised he would refund my money no questions asked. He even sold three models based on my design. When I couldn’t go ahead he kept my money. Refused to keep his promise. Proceed with caution.

My husband and I were so happy to move to Shelter Cove until you start having issues or request things that are on their site that entices you to move there, then you become irrelevant, non existent and talked down to. They don’t know how to treat their existing residents but can certainly talk you into buying one of the houses. In my opinion!!

No one on Diana Drive is happy with there home. From top to bottom corner to corner there’s errors and flaws. These people are impossible to work with and the most arrogant individuals I’ve ever dealt with. We have a structural problems heating loss, and all the owner will say is” We built you a beautiful home “ I have invited them into my home to view the garbage they gave us but they won’t attend. Please spare yourself the nightmare and go with the other builders in the area. They may cost a bit more but you really do get what you pay for. Democrat homes should be ashamed of themselves
