3 Stars to Parkview but 5 stars for their salesman Rick Phillips who was there before, during and after the sale! Usually once you buy, you never hear from them again but Rick has helped every step of the way. He has gone above and beyond helping me get in touch with the right people to get things done/fixed that were not done properly or broken when I moved into my new condo. Thanks for all of your support Rick - you rock!!!

Pat built us our first home and did an amazing job. We are very happy with the house as well as his service while we were in the process of buying. He was very detail oriented and we love all the small added touches to the house. He was always prompt with his responses and was genuinely happy to help us. We were very lucky to find him here in wasga beach .

Avoid to purchase any freehold dwelling from Georgian Sands by ELM Wasaga Beach (2016) inc. Avoid to visit Georgian Sands Model home on Wasaga Beach. My son and me have a very bad experience dealing with that company. Management and representatives use unfair scamming business practices. We are victims of false advertising, misrepresentation, fraud, frightening and professional negligence. Be aware: They sale houses which does not exist on moment of purchase. They Just sale the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and make an illusion that your Dream house model exist and will be built in the chosen by you model. Illusion: Do not believe them that it is your right to choose and purchase any your Dream house model what is advertised and illustrated in sales brochures and displayed in colorful pictures on the walls in the sales office in Model home. Reality : Sometime after you entered in agreement you will be informed by Vendor that they changed your Dream House model for Barn House model and will caution that any attempt to terminate the Purchase Agreement will be vigorously defended by Lawyers because Vendor is not prepared to release you from the transaction! Conclusion: Your Dream house turns into Nightmare House! 1 Vendor sale Dream House which does not available for sale on the moment of your purchase and Vendor will be replaced Dream House model for Barn House model which do exist but never been mentioned, advertised, illustrated or displayed in Sale office of Model Home on moment of your purchase. 2 Vendor sale Barn House which you did not ordered and you do not like and which is significantly different by design and significantly less valuable to compare your Dream House by using unfair scamming techniques and methods described above. Advice: Stay away from the project Georgian Sands on Wasaga Beach by ELM Wasaga beach (2016) Inc. and all the other projects by ELM Developments.

Nothing but praise for this builder! All the staff I had the opportunity to meet was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Rick Phillips, Greg Landry and Alyssa Green come to mind. Look forward to doing business in the future.
